In the Netherlands, energy labels are used to assess and communicate the energy efficiency of commercial buildings, offering insights into potential energy-saving measures. The labels range from A to G, with A denoting the highest energy efficiency and G representing the lowest. Attaining an A+++++ energy label demonstrates not only energy savings but also active energy generation, making it extremely sustainable.

The key highlights of our sustainable building include exceptional insulation in the facades, facade panels, roofs, floors, and windows, ensuring minimal energy loss and optimal comfort for everyone inside. Furthermore, we have implemented an efficient warm water system, ventilation, and a state-of-the-art heat pump for heating, eliminating our reliance on fossil fuels.
When it comes to cooling, we have adopted a high-tech compressive cooling system. This cooling system minimizes energy consumption while maintaining a pleasant indoor climate throughout our office and warehouse spaces. Additionally, our building is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting, reducing electricity usage, and creating a sustainable working environment.
One of the most impressive aspects of our new building is the extensive use of solar power. Our roof is covered with solar panels, harnessing the sun’s energy to generate over 219 Wp of clean, renewable energy for our operations. Moreover, we are proud to rely on renewable energy sources such as solar, biomass, and geothermal energy, which account for over 299% of our building’s energy needs. This surplus of renewable energy allows us to contribute clean power back to the grid, further reducing our carbon footprint.
With a compactness rating of 1.53, our building’s design ensures minimal energy waste, maximizing efficiency and sustainability. In addition, we have implemented smart energy management systems to monitor and optimize our energy usage, ensuring that we operate in the most energy-efficient manner possible. Not only does our new building create a lot of environmental benefits, it also provides a more comfortable and inspiring workspace for our employees. With ample natural light, improved air quality, and advanced climate control systems, we prioritize their well-being and productivity.
